ASIC mining for ORIN

ORIN requires X11-capable ASIC hardware. Configuration is handled in the miner web interface.

Preparation

  • Verify that the ASIC supports X11.
  • Prepare an ORIN payout wallet address.
  • Choose a pool and obtain its stratum URL and port.

ASIC web configuration

  1. Open the miner IP address in your browser.
  2. Navigate to Miner Configuration.
  3. Add up to three pools for redundancy.

Stability tips

  • Use a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Monitor temperature and cooling.
  • Review pool stats daily.
  • Update firmware only from trusted sources.

Troubleshooting

If the ASIC cannot reach the pool, verify DNS, firewall, and port configuration.
  • Miner Status shows hashrate and errors.
  • Compare reported hashrate to local ASIC stats.
  • Confirm the payout address for typos.
